COMPLETE PRODUCT and PACKAGE DEVELOPMENT
We are fully established with blow molding and injection molding to provide one stop shopping for integrated package design and development. In addition to bottle and closure packaging we can provide a variety of plastic articles that are assembled by heat staking, snap together or ultra sonic assembly.

PACKAGE DESIGN and PRODUCT DRAWINGS
Our design studios can provide a wide array of renderings ranging from category correctness to imaginatively different. With approved renderings, we proceed with 3-D CAD solid modeling with files to be downloaded for tool path development.

MODELS and RAPID PROTOTYPING
Our 3-D files can be downloaded for SLA or SLS rapid prototyping and our model shop can provide thermoformed prototype bottles for focus group consumer research.

MOLDS, SAMPLING and QUALIFICATION

We develop and qualify the molds with bottles to meet the customer's SPC requirements. In addition, we develop a process-engineering package providing a broad blow molding-manufacturing window.

POLYMER SELECTION

We have extensive experience in HDPE, PP, PVC, EPET, ACN, PC, multilayer and several engineered resins. This includes polymer processing and polymer attributes.

PACKAGE TESTING

Compatibility, Permeability and Organoleptic behavior: We test for weight change, odor, taste headspace analysis and bottles are examined for bulging, collapse, crazing, stress cracking, discoloration and staining.

Dimensional and Performance compliance: We test for dimensional and volumetric compliance with specifications, vertical compression, drop impact resistance, top load stress crack resistance, dead load compressive test, and closure/bottle finish leakage test.

Distribution Survival: We test the complete package; bottle, label, closure and corrugated for distribution survival in shock and vibration at temperature and altitude.

EQUIPMENT and MANUFACTURING

We provide organizational analysis and design for manufacturing operations. This includes equipment selection, installation, start-up and successful operation of blow molding machines and ancillary equipment in all aspects.
